Client is a leading cab service provider having their services spread across India. They always encourage a system of transparency in pricing and deals. Perhaps, their practices have enabled their establishment as one of the most preferred radio taxi service in various parts of the country; including, Delhi, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Chandigarh and Amritsar.

Challenges

Client had a cab booking android mobile app with popular payment options such as Paytm, Mobiwik, CC avenue etc. and in addition they had a requirement to integrate SBI Pay as well, so that their customers shall feel enhanced with the preferred payment option with UPI

What We Did

SBI Pay is a unified Payment Interface which provided a SDK for android developers through a third party vendors. Out technical team has analyzed the SBI Pay SDK and started integrating with the Cab booking app. With the userâ€™s mobile number this integrated payment feature will fetch the SBI account details by just verifying the OTP. During the integration the tech team faced many challenges with the SDK like backend data fetching of account details which was handled by the team in a very effective manner.
