The client offers a variety of credit cards that are tailored to meet its users daily lifestyle needs.They are the leaders in credit card and prepaid services through state-of-the-art technology, operational superiority and fast response times for their customers in the entire Middle East.
Challenges
- They required a mobile app to access information by both registered customers and also guest users.
- Registered customers can login to the app using credentials such as a password/ PIN.
- Cardholders who download the app should be able to self-register for the service through a simple security questionnaire or a remembered PIN to view and maintain their credit card and its supplementary card details.
What We Did
- Each and every transaction in this app has 3 tier security approaches with the help of a middle ware inbetween which controls the communication between the mobile app and the bank crm data.
- Each process will need to integrate with the CRM system for fetching the card holder KYC information which will be used to security validation.
- The interface with the CRM system will be achieved through the middleware and the API.
The application will provide the following key services:- Card details and all its transaction related information
- Card holders can view their loyalty points and redeem offers
- Customers (card holders and potential card holders) can lookup Bank offers based on their location
- Application origination customers can view card product details and apply for a suitable card
- User can select ShowTime and differentiate events with our platform that scales effortlessly to meet their needs.
- We have customized ShowTime app with the theme branding of the organization. Also few customized menus like About Facilitators, Brands was also provided to the client.
