Client wasn’t able to digitally manage business travel booking & it caused waste of valuable time due to lot of paper works.  Mangers / HOD need to spend time for approving each employee tour request, in turn employee has to meet Sr. Manager for getting approval, complete his bio details manually& share to ticket booking crew & also keep checking with the ticket reservation team for ticket availability.
What We Did
We created pocket friendly Mobile app for the client’s company and made all the Business Travel Management Process easy for both managers & employees. Business Tour approval & rejection process was effectively tracked & managed at their fingertips with key remainder notification. This corporate travel request app is made user friendly for every user segment.
This Business trip approval solution made the job easier for individual employees & managers. Based on Sr. Manager approval as per company norms employees can ensure no single tour related expense done by the individual being considered as invalid and rejected.
On travel request applied by an employee HOD/ Manager will be notified automatically & the same can be either approved or denied as per pre-defined norms. On completion of the approval process by the manager, all the bio details + tour details will be published to ticket booking crew, for them to proceed with their task in quick TAT. All the financial expenses related to the official tour can be effectively tracked at one place.
