Client is a pioneering manufacturer of Coated Abrasives and Bonded Abrasives in India. In addition, they manufacture Super Refractories, Electro Minerals, Industrial Ceramics and Ceramic Fibers. They are the one among five manufacturers in the world with fully integrated operations that include mining, fusioning, wind and hydro power stations, manufacturing, marketing and distribution.

Challenges
- Client required a mobility solution for their business operations where in their employees, dealers and retailers etc, using mobile device should able to execute their day to day operations.
- Mobile app needs to display the location and details of dealers, suppliers, retailers etc based on the privileges and coverage distance settings. The details should cover address, contact numbers etc in tooltip while tapping on the respective location on the map shown in the app.
- Options should be provided for directly dialing the contact numbers in the tooltip.
- App should facilitate executives to plan their journey, update their visit details, extract reports against plan versus actual by entering minimal set of inputs.
- Journey planned, visit’s updated, Sales captured, Orders booked through the app should get synced in their existing portal.
- Map has to be integrated for planning the journey and locating dealers, retailers, outlets etc within specified limit from current location.
- Consumers should be able to refer their friends and attain respective reward points based on referral’s registration.
What We Did
- ANGLER successfully developed the app where users like employees, dealers, retailers, outlets, sub dealers etc will land on the launch screen integrated with map.
- Details and location of dealers, customers, sub dealers, office, plant etc will be shown in the map.
- Data will be shown based on current location and the user privilege.
- Based on their privileges users are allowed to create outlet, plan their journey, update their visits, book orders, and search for outlets.
- Order booked reports, Journey Plan versus actual report, visit
- Details reports etc has been provided for the users.
- New consumers can register through the app. Until their registration is approved a nearest dealer will be shown to them in the map.
- Users can refer their friends and earn reward points once their referral is activated.
Users can book their orders with preferred dealers as well as new dealers. Orders booked will be updated in database with differentiation for the orders coming through the mobile app.
