Business Requirement

Each user in the entrepreneur association network have their own pain-points. Since it is a global association, each user experienced it in their own way whether they be an Association Head, Chapter Head or Admin. They faced difficulties in inviting & reminding members for Events / Meetings at short notice.

The association lacked a system to get confirmation via RSVP, prior to the meetings/events, from the members. They had repeated manual work involved in making Instant updates & for passing information passing to all members or relevant members.
