The client is a professional multi-line IT company providing solutions to broadband ISPs, Pay TV operators, content providers and others worldwide. Primarily driven by technological developments they engineer and deliver innovative services and software.
Business Requirement
Having developed a bespoke app, the client required to engage the users of their app and make them to stay on for more time on the app. Apart from ordering products for themselves or friends, the client needed more features for users, like sharing pictures, recommending new places to friends, all to interestingly engage users on the app.
Technical Solution Provided
To meet the requirement of the client, the technical team added a new feature called ‘Feed’. This feature helps the app user to recommend important places to travelers and to help them plan their journey. Using the Feed, travelers and users will be able to share mutually lots of information and pictures via the app.
Features include- 1. Recommend, 2. Like, dislike & reactions, 3. Share the post, 4. Comments, 5. Share text, images & videos, 6. Share Live streaming video and location, 7. Share events like event locations, date, host details, 8. Ask questions, 9. Filter posts, events, based on current and nearby location, 10. Share short post (Auto delete after certain time), 11. Market place for event organizers and place to promote events.
